A comprehensive assessment tailored to your property's actual occupancy and use. You receive a formal regulations-compliant maintenance report and a practical, realistic maintenance plan designed to prevent system failure and extend the life of your system.
Scheduled Preventative Maintenance
Systematic inspection of filters, effluent pumps, alarms, electrical controls, etc. at every visit — documented in a field maintenance report. We catch small issues before they become expensive ones.
Scheduled System Repairs
Replacement of malfunctioning or missing components — filters, baffles, floats, risers, controls — to keep your system compliant and operational.
Education, Troubleshooting, and External Referrals as Needed
We can help troubleshoot problems.
If something is outside of our scope, we have solid relationships with many other local providers that can complete the task.

Effluent filters intercept solids before they enter the drainfield, prolonging its effectiveness.
Important note: Effluent filters must be cleaned regularly to ensure they function effectively.
Maximum Rebate: $100
CVRD will cover: 75% of cost up to maximum

A distribution box evenly distributes effluent to each of the drainfield’s pipes, reducing the risk of overload.
Maximum Rebate: $200

Access risers provide easier access to the septic tank and important components, simplifying pump-outs and routine maintenance.
Maximum Rebate: $400

To be eligible for this rebate, the owner will confirm receipt of a written report meeting applicable professional practice standards by:
• Completing the Inspection/Maintenance Checklist; and
• Providing a visual excerpt of the report showing the date work was completed, the property address where work was performed, and the Authorized Person’s stamp
Maximum Rebate: $500
